Reporting a problem with a file
The most helpful bug reports include:
- your browser and version, and your operating system (the browser support check shows these);
- the tool and settings you used;
- the exact message shown, if any;
- the video's format, codec and resolution, as shown in the details bar after opening it.
Please don't send us your files unless we ask; since everything runs on your device, we can usually reproduce a problem from these details. If a file is needed, we'll agree a way to share it that you're comfortable with.
Corrections
If a guide's steps no longer match your app or device, tell us the app version and what you see instead, and we'll re-test and update the page.
